Webster Avenue

On March 22, 2019, our property suffered major damage in a fire. We thank all the emergency responders for their heroic efforts to extinguish the fire and secure the premises. Located just south of the intersection of Webster Avenue and East Fordham Road in Fordham Heights/Fordham Manor section of the Bronx, our commercial storefronts provide visibility and foot traffic for small businesses.  Currently, we host a beauty salon, Domino's pizza, and a laundromat.  We are easily accessible by public transportation (Bx41 bus at 189th Street and Webster Ave) or the B and D Trains at Fordham Road (Grand Concourse and 188th Streets).
