Our company was started in the early 20th by people who lived and worked in the community in which our properties are located.  The business he started has grown over the past 70 years, and has been managed by four generations of the Spring family.  We now own and manage over 60 storefronts in a variety of locations in Manhattan, the Bronx, and in the Greater New York City area. 

Because this business has been part of our family's American Dream story, we especially welcome other immigrant and first generation Americans looking for the right locations to operate their small businesses.  We treat our tenants fairly and with respect.  We offer affordable rents and professional service.
